Resin conventional use (regeneration) method

A Clean water cleaning:

After the new resin is loaded into the column, it should be washed or soaked with normal temperature water (50-60℃ hot water is better) until the water is clear and without color or foam.

B Dilute sodium hydroxide solution treatment:

Concentration 6-8%, dosage 2-3BV, flow 1-1.5BV/HR; Wash water to PH 9 or below.

C Dilute hydrochloric acid treatment:

Concentration 5-8%, dosage 2-3BV, flow 1-1.5BV/HR; Clean water to PH 5 or above.

D resin ion form conversion:

According to the production process requirements, such as the use of hydrogen ion type, the operation steps can be first B after C, such as the use of sodium ion type, can be first C after B operation.

Generally, the new resin is treated 1-2 times according to the above steps and can be put into use.
