2, pull out the center tube, this step is an important process, but if the tank diameter is greater than 500mm, you can not take out the center tube, because the center tube will not be contaminated.
3, the use of siphon principle to extract resin, most of the current resin replacement are used this method.
4, then install the center pipe, (if removed) and block the top of the center pipe with a plastic sheet, so as to prevent the resin from pouring into the center pipe, resulting in blockage.
5, Pour new boiler softening resin, install the control valve head, in order to fix the resin.
6, the control valve is adjusted to the backwash position (downstream regeneration) a small amount of water and keep the water speed unchanged, in this method to discharge the resin tank gas.
7, see whether there is leakage phenomenon, if each, everything is properly placed then the boiler softening resin is replaced.
Note: When removing the boiler softening resin, there needs to be a certain skill and order, and it must be replaced in strict accordance with the order of operation

Verify that the electrical parameters of the control are consistent with the power supply.
Insert the plug into a suitable socket; Power outlets should not be controlled by nearby switches.
Slowly open the inlet valve to 1/4 open (note: Opening the valve too fast will lose resin), at this time you can hear the sound of air coming out of the drain pipe.
After the air is cleared, open all water inlet valves.
Fill the salt storage tank with water in a bucket or pipe (only when the equipment is put into operation) and add large grain salt for recycling as required.
(Forbidden: fine salt, iodized salt) Turn on the power supply, turn the manual regeneration knob, start a regeneration; After the automatic regeneration is completed, the water sample is taken from the sampling valve for water quality analysis, and can be put into use after passing; Set the time or flow regeneration cycle according to the operation requirements.
