When the resin is normally used for a certain period, the adsorption capacity is greatly reduced or is severely polluted, it needs to be strengthened regeneration treatment, the method is to add 3-5% hydrochloric acid solution 10-20 cm higher than the resin layer to soak for 2-4 hours, and then rinse with the same concentration 5-7 times the volume of hydrochloric acid solution, and then fully rinse with pure water. Until the PH value of the outlet washing solution is neutral, then soak in 5% sodium hydroxide solution according to the above method for 2-4 hours, and rinse with the same method until 5-7 times the volume of sodium hydroxide solution, and then rinse with water fully until the effluent PH value is neutral, you can be put into use again. Resin reinforcement regeneration needs to be based on the degree of pollution, as appropriate, the concentration and dosage of acid and alkali, but also according to the actual application field to explore the regeneration law, summarize experience, design the regeneration process, and extend the service life of the resin.
