Product Specification

 

Lanlang ® TA204PU Is a premium grade gel type I strong base anion exchange resin with standard crosslinked polystyrene matrix, quaternary amine (Trimethylamine) function group and uniform particle size. Its clear gel structure make it has excellent regeneration efficiency (both in co-current and counter-current systems) and rinse performance. TA204PU in chloride form could remove both strong and weak acid radicals such as sulfate, nitrate, arsenate, chromate and silicate to extreme low concentration level. Combining with strong acid cation exchange resin (in hydrogen form), TA204PU in hydroxide form can be used in all types of demineralization system including condensate polishing. TA204PU is intended for reducing pressure loss and preventing system from plugging.

Ion Exchange Resins (IER) have been used by the pharmaceutical industry since the late 1950's, and are now recognized as one of the most important components of pharmaceutical manufacturing.IER processes involve the reversible interchange of ions between a liquid and a solid phase, involving no radical change in the structure and properties of the solid.

In addition to their application as active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients, ion exchange resins and polymeric adsorbents can be used in a wide variety of pharmaceutical applications including extraction and purification of enzymes, hormones, alkaloids, viruses, antibiotics, and treatment of fermentation products. Ion exchange copolymer beads are also used in nanoparticle milling of pharmaceutical products.

Lanlang ion exchangers can therefore also help to stabilize products such as amino acids, proteins, vitamins, alkaloids and other active ingredients. In addition, ion exchange resins have become established as substrates for the transportation of active substances in either classic or ground form. Enzyme-catalyzed reactions can also be carried out with the aid of fixed enzymes, whereby the ion exchange matrix offers numerous benefits for the catalysis process.
