Lanlang® TY MB-C resin is a high quality resin mixture composed of strong acid cation resin in H+ form and strong base type 1 anion resin in OH+ form. Ready to use as supplied. It is designed for production of high purity water and other applications .

 

It can achieve almost complete reduction of TDS and conductivity <0.1 µS/cm. Carbon dioxide could carbonate the hydroxide sites of anion component, so it is important to avoid exposure to atmosphere for long period.

• Pure water and ultra-pure water are widely used in power plants, electronics, medicine, chemical industry, through various membrane filtration or ion exchange, the harmful ions in water are removed.
• The main indicators of the demineralized water quality of the demineralized water are: the hardness is about zero, the conductivity is less than 0.2μs.cm, and the SiO2 is less than 20ppb.
• There is a variety of chemical water in chemical plants, and usually the water quality is not higher than the water quality of power plants, but it may have requirements for some ions, so it is commonly used as a primary or secondary reverse osmosis process. The effluent water conductance is above 5~10μs.cm. Mixed bed or EDI is added to the back if there are higher requirements.
• Pharmaceutical water is mostly required for conductivity and bacteria, and the materials used in the system are required, and stainless steel products are mostly selected. Usually pure water is followed by sterilization devices.
• The electronics industry has the highest water requirements, with most electronics requiring 18 megabytes of water. The requirement for electrical resistivity is only a small part of the electronic water, which has high requirements for many ions, so there are special requirements for installation materials and pipes. The selection process is also the most complex. It is usually necessary to add polishing mixed bed and ultrafiltration, sterilization, nitrogen sealed water tank and other devices after EDI, and the cost is also very high.
