Lanlang® TY MB-C11 is a superior resin blend that combines sturdy acid cation resin in H+ form and strong base type 1 anion resin in OH+ form. The wire-cut process uses water as its dielectric fluid, controlling its resistivity and other electrical properties with filters and PID controlled de-ionizer units. The water flushes the cut debris away from the cutting zone.

Any impurities in the dielectric fluid will affect the finished product, the cutting tool or the EDM wire-cutting machine itself.Deionized water is preferred as the dielectric fluid because water has to have one megohm or less of resistivity for this application. Water with higher total dissolved solids could cause a spark.Tap water can lead to short circuits, and the presence of ions in the water can lead to oxidation.

This utilization-ready polymer is composed of robust-acidic cation-exchange resin and potent-basic anion-exchange resin. It undergoes a highly advanced and specifically purified production process, where specialized products are blended according to exact chemical equivalents.
