The ORP negative potential ball is made of alloy material through technological processing.
According to the test, soaking a small amount of negative potential balls in water will break down the water molecules and generate a large number of OH ions, which will reduce the potential of water from+200 mv to 0 mv~- 200 mv, and adjust the pH value to about 8.0-10.0.
1 Removal of residual chlorine in water
The negative potential sphere has a strong reduction ability, can remove various strong oxidants in water, and is particularly effective for removing residual chlorine. When in contact with water, a large number of negatively charged electrons will be generated by the negative potential sphere and enter the solution. The redox reaction with free chlorine will occur on the surface of the negative potential sphere, generating hydrogen ions, hydroxyl ions and chlorine ions, so as to remove chlorine.
2 Removal of various heavy metal ions in water
Lead, mercury, copper, nickel, cadmium, arsenic, antimony, aluminum and many other soluble heavy metal ions make these heavy metal ions adsorb on the surface of the negative potential sphere or enter the negative potential sphere lattice.
3 Removal of hydrogen sulfide
During water treatment, if groundwater is selected as the water source, hydrogen sulfide may exist in the water. The negative potential ball has the function of removing hydrogen sulfide, which can make hydrogen sulfide generate water insoluble sulfide, which can be removed during backwashing of the negative potential ball.
4 It can effectively remove diameter less than 50 μ M of suspended particles
When the water delivery pipe made of steel materials is corroded, iron oxidizes to form Fe2O3 colloid. When Fe2O3 contacts the negative potential ball, a large number of electrons generated by the negative potential ball can cause Fe2O3 colloid to flocculate, and finally form Fe2O3 solid precipitation, which is attached to the surface of the negative potential ball or the bottom of the water container.
5 Reduce mineral scaling
The negative potential sphere can increase the pH value of water, reduce the solubility of calcium carbonate, and make calcium carbonate scale in water precipitate in aragonite crystal form, forming soft scale on the vessel wall instead of calcite type hard scale.
6 Inhibition of microbial reproduction
The negative potential ball can release a small amount of zinc ions, and the released zinc has a significant control effect on microorganisms. Zinc can prevent the synthesis of enzymes, thus affecting the normal growth of organisms and inhibiting microbial reproduction.
