Lanlang® TY MB-P is a high quality resin mixture composed of strong acid cation resin in H+ form and strong base type 1 anion resin in OH+ form. Ready to use as supplied. It is utilizes a highly regenerated cation component paired with an ultra-low TOC highly regenerated anion component. It is particularly well suited for electronic components, semiconductors, circuit boards, other electronic industry, condensate water treatment, precious metal cleaning.

 

Early condensate systems used ammonia to elevate the pH to protect the system from corrosion.There was a gradual worldwide trend to operate at a higher pH to provide even greater protection.However, increasing dosing of ammonia to achieve a higher pH significantly increased cation loading when operating CPPs in H-OH cycle.It quickly became evident that a higher cation capacity was the only way of maintaining cycle lengths between regeneration (unless ammonia cycle operation is possible, which will be covered elsewhere).

 

Condensate polishers are used to maintain a proper quality of water by removing impurities from return condensate. The decision to polish return condensate for re-use is purely economical. The condensate can be returned to an ultra pure state by simple polishing rather than using fresh make up process water. Condensate polishing is a proven method of producing high purity demineralized water from recovered boiler condensate.

 

Ion exchange technology is a proven method of producing high purity softened and demineralized water. It is used in most industries that require high purity water and to reclaim water from processes. The Ion exchange process involves the exchanging of contaminant ions for Na+ ions in a softening application and H+ and OH- ions in pure water application.Lanlang offers a range of ion exchange products for applications, including condensate and brine polishing, vacuum degassing, and desalination.
