Water softener is a resin chemical base water treatment system which is uses to make soft water by removing"hardness"from the raw water. The ”Hardness” means over containing of calcium and magnesium dissolves in to the raw water. FRP tank is design according to the raw water quality and as per requirement of product water quality. Fiberglass FRP tank is also used stand alone or incorporates with reverse osmosis system.

Winding FRP Soft Water Tank, Adopts Advanced Winding Technology Twining System Is Characterized By Good Corrosion Resistance, High-Strength Lightweight, Beautiful Appearance, Transportation, Easy Installation, Seepage Control Performance Is Good, Long Life And Other Characteristics, Working Pressure 0.15 MPa ~ 0.6 MPa, Working Temperature 5 °C ~ 50 °C.

 

(1) Frp tank liner - Polyethylene (PE) seamless one-piece tank liner
(2) Cover- Continuous strands of fiber-glass with high strength epoxy resin
(3) Bottom base – PP round or FRP reinforced tripod base
(4) Opening – 2.5" & 4" precision injected model with threaded opening for 6 " to 36" diameter tanks
(5) Opening – 6 "Aluminum flange (anti-corrosion coating) opening for 36" to 72" diameter tanks
