Structural design

Component reliability
The end plate is an important part of the membrane shell assembly. The material of the end plate of our company is fiber reinforced molding plastic, which has high strength, good pressure resistance and high pressure impact resistance.

The seal design is professionally designed "V+X" ring with O-type end plate seal ring to ensure that it is water-tight in the low and high temperature range.
The sealing design of the side opening is a combination of L-shaped drum circular pads, which ensures that the side opening mouth plays a better sealing role in the case of Angle deviation.
The tightening of the side opening adopts the up-lift type tightening, which makes it more adjustable.
Referring to the actual aluminum alloy plate in ASME, the outer aluminum alloy stoppers are distributed in the groove, and the locking nuts control the sides of the aluminum plate to make the pressure safer.
